DMCA Notice And TakeDown Policy For Autoflicks.in

3. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

4. Repeat Infringers Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, AutoFlicks.in has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
